Can I change my bank account number?

For security reasons, deposits and withdrawals are only allowed from the bank account number linked to your Circus account. This means that your account number cannot simply be changed.

Has your bank account number recently changed? Please contact our Customer Service. They will guide you through the process of updating your details.

To verify your new bank account, we kindly ask you to provide a document showing the following information clearly:

  • Your full name

  • Your address

  • The new IBAN bank account number

Please note: the document must not be older than 3 months.
