I suspect something is wrong with my winnings. What should I do now?

In order to investigate this further for you, we would also like to receive a short explanation of the problem along with the following:

  • Date and time the problem occurred
  • The name of the game in which it happened
  • A screenshot of the problem
  • A screenshot of the game history in the named game (if possible)

Once we have received this information we will be able to start a game analysis for this internally to see if any irregularities can be found.
