I was asked to send a screenshot of the error message from my crashed game. Where can I find it?

If the game loads but crashes without an error message, you can take a screenshot of what you see when you open the game. 

If the game does not start at all and the screen remains completely black, you can send a screenshot of this.

In most cases and error message will appear on the screen, please take a screenshot of this. 

You can sen the screenshot via the live chat or email support@circus.nl so we can investigate the issue.
