I have setup a limit for an automatic withdrawals, but did not receive any payout. How is this possible?

An automatic withdrawal can only be triggered once you have closed your active gamesession. As long as the gamesession remains active, your accountwallet cannot be updated, which means that the automatic withdrawal cannot be triggered.
