I have made my first deposit but it was not added on my account. It has been written of my bank account. What now?

Normally your IBAN information will be automatically verified in our system with your first deposit. However, if your ascription in our system does not exactly matches the information in our system, the automatic IBAN verification fails. We then need to verify your IBAN information manually with a document (a recent bank statement or a picture of your bank card). The deposit will be automatically refunded but it can take up to several business days before the payment will be on your bank account. 

Once your IBAN information has been succesfully verified, you can make a new deposit.
