If you are a Dutch resident and you have a BSN (Citizen service number), it is possible to register at Circus.nl. You can fill in the registration form, upload your passport/ID and verify your address via IDIN.
You can then send an e-mail to our Customer Service (support@circus.nl) with a document containing your BSN (for example: a picture of your health insurance card or a government provided document). It is important that the document contains both your name and the BSN.
