Something went wrong with my address verification via IDIN. How can I verify my address?

In this case you can have your address information validated through our Customer Service. You can send a document to support@circus.nl. We can accept any of the following documents:

  • documents from your internet provider
  • documents from your health insurance
  • documents from a government agency
  • documents from the CBR
  • documents from your pension fund
  • payslips
  • any invoices
  • utility bills
  • a bank statement

Please be aware that the document needs to be fully visible (showing all 4 corners) and they may not be older than 1 year. If you do not have a paper document, it is also allowed to send us a digital document in PDF format.
