Important conditions for the Sports Welcome Offers:
Cancelled, voided or early paid-out bets do not count as qualifying bets. Bets placed with a Free Bet also do not qualify.
Cash Out is not available on qualifying bets or Free Bets linked to these promotions. Bets placed with BetXtra or through Best Hot Odds are excluded.
The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

With the Casino Welcome Offer, you can choose between:

Your cash balance is used first, followed by your bonus balance. The base playthrough requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. The contribution may differ depending on the type of game played.
